Baton Rouge, LA - Rosa Lee Franklin passed away peacefully April 28, 2026. A beloved sister, aunt, and friend, Rosie, as she was affectionately called, will be remembered for her beautiful spirit, strength, and generosity. She worked as an executive secretary for over 30 years in the East Baton Rouge Parish School System and was devoted to helping and caring for others. She is survived by her sisters, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, and extended family. A celebration of life will be held at Greater Mount Carmel Baptist Church on Saturday May 9, 2026, at 11am with a viewing at 10am.
Rosie's kindness, laughter, and love will always be remembered by those she touched.
