Harker Heights, TX - Raymond Jerome Bennett, who was known to many as Jerome, was born on May 14, 1972, in Baton Rouge, LA, and died on May 25, 2026, in Killeen, Texas, at the age of 54.

A U.S.Army veteran and McKinley Sr. High alumni is survived by his father, Raymond Bennett Sr., his wife, Daphne Phillips, his children, Desiree and Walter; siblings, April and Latanyia Bennett; a niece; step-children, and a host of grandchildren.

Jerome was preceded in death by his mother, Gladys Bennett; his wife, Cherry Bennett; and his grandparents.
