Pride, LA - Patricia Ann Daigle Ficklin, a native of Carville, LA and a resident of Pride, LA, passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at the age of 84. She was a graduate of St. Gabriel High School. She was a homemaker and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed spending time with family at the hunting/fishing camp on Big Alabama. Patricia was an avid bowler who found joy both in the game and in the friendships she made at the lanes. She loved her great grandchildren dearly, even when their playful havoc left her pictures a little crooked or her towel drawer out of order so baby dolls wouldn't be cold. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Guy Dwain Ficklin; parents, Sidney Justin Daigle & Ura Mae Sanchez Daigle. Patricia is survived by her daughter, Kelli Ficklin Cruze (Jimmy); grandson, Sam Cruze (Emma); great-grandchildren, Luke Cruze and Lena Cruze; and many loving nieces and nephews.
