Monica was born on December 3, 1960, in New Roads, Louisiana. She was the beloved daughter of the late Mattie Lathan Williams Horn.
She leaves to cherish her loving memory her children, Michael (Jennifer) Singletary, Amanda (Arthur) Robinson, and James Singletary; her stepson, Chabrado "Lamar" Pagnotta; and her grandchildren, Dillon Prade, Nicholai Singletary, Kennedy Singletary, Arthur "AJ" Robinson III, Kassidy Singletary, August "Auggie" Robinson, Kimora Singletary, and step-grandson Calum Pagnotta. She is also survived by her siblings, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Monica will be remembered for her warmth, strength, and unwavering love for her family. Her light and legacy will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of Winnfield Funeral Home. Visitation will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m.
