Zachary, LA - Mary White Hagan, "Mimi", passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. She was 83 years old and a lifelong resident of Zachary. She retired as an Education Administrator with the East Baton Rouge public and parochial school system. She had a BS and Masters from LSU in Education and Administration. She loved teaching and working with children. She was a member of Tri Delta sorority at LSU. Mimi was a devoted member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Zachary for more than 80 years. She enjoyed traveling, gardening and working in her yard. She loved her family, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. We loved her and she made us crazy. Visitation will be at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Zachary on Friday, June 13, 2025 from 12 noon until Rite of Christian Burial at 1 pm. Burial will be in Azalea Rest Cemetery, Zachary. Mimi is survived by a daughter, Meg Pecot and husband, Jay and son, Rick Hagan and wife, Melissa, 6 grandchildren, Jovonni Ramella, Emily Hagan, Sarah Hagan, Katlyn Knight, Gage Daigle, and Quinn Pecot, 3 great grandchildren, John Luke Ramella, Sophia Scarlett Knight and Andre Gabriel Hansen, sisters, Kitty Leming and Peggy Graham and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. She is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Richard N. Hagan and parents, Arnold and Katherine White.
