Julie Ann Hullinger
December 3, 1963 - March 7, 2025
Julie Ann Hullinger, a native of Terre Haute, IN and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on Friday, March 7, 2025 at the age of 61. She retired as a director of group benefits. She enjoyed making jewelry, crafting, working on puzzles, collecting rubber ducks, playing games with her family, and being a fun aunt to her numerous nieces and nephews. Her biggest joy was spending time with her children. She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell Hullinger and Betty Hullinger. She is survived by her loving children, Jamie Estess and Joseph "Joey" Estess; sister Kathy Touchet (Don); brothers, Greg Hullinger (Lynn), Mark Hullinger (Denise), Jim Hullinger (Renee), Scott Hullinger (Betty), and Bob Hullinger (Linda); and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at St. Jean Vianney Catholic Church, 16166 S Harrells Ferry Rd, Baton Rouge, LA 70816, on Friday, March 14, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. Inurnment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. The family would like to give special thanks to Our Lady of the Lake Hospital and Pinnacle Hospice. In lieu of flowers please donate to St Jude Children's Hospital, a charity very near and dear to Julie's heart. Plant a tree: How does it work
When your purchase is complete, a post will be made on the tribute wall of the deceased signifying the planting of a memorial tree.
An official certificate recognizing your purchase will be included with your email receipt. You can then forward the email to the family or print it and give it to them personally.
After an order is placed, our forestry partners will plant the tree in the area of greatest need (nearest the funeral home), according to the planting schedule for the year.
Due to seasonal conditions, the tree planting takes place during the spring and summer.

Orders placed in:
January - May
Planting will take place in Spring or Summer of the same year.
June - December
Planting will take place in Spring of the following year.
