Baton Rouge, LA - It is with great sadness that we let you know my mother passed away today, November 28, 2025. Judith "Judy" Elaine Juban Hettinger was born August 26, 1943, and lived to be 82 years old. She spent years as a clerk at the ABC dry cleaners in Baton Rouge, then became part owner after her father died. After she sold ABC, she returned to LSU to get her BS degree in accounting, graduating from LSU Magna cum Laude while raising two children.

She passed the CPA exam on her first attempt, then went to work for the State of Louisiana, Department of Revenue for a year while she pursued working for the federal government at the IRS, where she retired after 20 years of service.

She is survived by two sons, "Don" Nall Jr. (and Kay), of Montgomery, AL., and David Juban Nall, primary caregiver (and Scott Pitzer) of Baton Rouge, LA., three grandchildren, "Jimmy" Nall, III, (and Janiece Rodriguez) of Santa Cruz, CA, Brandon Nall (and Allie Nicholson) of Bloomington, IL, and "Becka" (and Jeremy Karpa) of Eatontown, NJ., one great grandson, Cohen Nall, of Santa Cruz, CA., one niece, Trisha Chapman Cote, of Baton Rouge, as well as many other family.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, David Hettinger, her sister Jean Chapman, her parents, Homer V. and Beatrice "Bea" Juban of Baton Rouge, LA., as well as aunts, uncles, and grandparents.
