Denham Springs, LA - Judith "Judy" Chiasson Alexander passed away on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at the age 83, at her home in Denham Springs. She was a native of Port Allen and resident of Denham Springs. Judy was a homemaker. Visitation will be at Holy Family Catholic Church, 474 N Jefferson Avenue, Port Allen, on Friday, June 13th, 8:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m., celebrated by Rev. Jerry Martin. Cremation will follow and burial of her ashes will be at a later date in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Cemetery in Brusly. Judy is survived by her children, Lynn Alexander and wife Denise, Polly Nations, Christie Roberts and husband Ricky; nine grandchildren, Jacob and Emily Alexander, Corey Evans and wife Taylor, Mandi Tyler, Brittany Williams, Halie Alexander, Thomas Alexander and wife Christy, Courtland Roberts, Dina Garnand and husband George; nine great-grandchildren, Noelle Evans, Kelsie Hatcher and husband Brady, Kaylynn Tyler, Karlee Tyler, Mackenzie Williams, Elias Alexander, Eliza and Lily Garnand, Zoey Jones; sister, Barbara Jean Munson. Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Joseph Alexander Jr.; parents, Ambrose and Mae Thibodeaux Chiasson; 5 brothers and 4 sisters. Judy enjoyed bowling and playing Canasta and Pokeno with friends. She was also an avid LSU fan.
