Joyce Dunbar Pate entered into eternal rest at Baton Rouge Health Care on March 13, 2025. She was an 84-year old native and resident of St. Francisville, Louisiana. Viewing at Miller & Daughter Mortuary on Friday, March 21, 2025 from 5-7 pm; viewing resumes at Rosedown Baptist Church, Hwy. 10 East, St. Francisville, on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 11:00 am until Celebration of Life Service at 1:00 pm conducted Rev. Lafayette Veal; interment at church cemetery. Survivors include her sons, Gerald and Fred Pate, St. Francisville; granddaughters, Teravia and Bria Pate; sister, Lucinda D. Johnson (Herman), Baton Rouge; other relatives and friends.
