Baton Rouge, LA - Gloria T. Forrest, 79, of Baton Rouge, passed away on June 22, 2026. Born February 3, 1947, to the late Benjamin and Earline Thomas, she was a retired Louisiana Clerk of Court employee and owner of Gloria's Place, and the wife of the late Wilbert Forrest, Jr.

She is survived by her daughter, Cassandra Rattle (Alvin, Sr.); grandson, Dr. Alvin Rattle, Jr. (Payton); one great‑grandson; sisters, Margene Thomas-Smith (Nathaniel) and Cynthia Davis; brothers-in-law, Gerald Brown, Sr., Jeffrey Brown, and Donald Forrest; goddaughter, Raine Rose Bayyan Wright (Chad); and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
