Baton Rouge, LA - Donna (Brown) Bergeron, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at the age of 67 years. Donna was born in Valparaiso, IN on June 28, 1958. She moved to Baton Rouge where she graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1976. Donna adored her husband, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She loved life to the fullest and was always ready to have a good time. Donna was one of the strongest women ever and would make you feel special just knowing her. Her and her husband of 44 years are the founding owners of Bergeron's on the Bayou Campground. It is here she found her joy, as meeting new people gave her a sense of happiness. Donna is survived by her husband, and the love of her life, Donald Bergeron; her children, Jesse (Miranda) Barcelona, Dylan (Wendy) Bergeron, Crystal Bergeron, and Nicole (David) Thompson; her brothers, David and Rick; and her grandchildren, Christen, Jaycee, Alec, Bryce, Brayden, Katelyn, Alex, Halie and Paige, along with 8 great grandchildren. Donna is preceded in death by her parents, James Brown and Rita McKin; a brother, Jimmy Brown; a grandchild, Pierce Bergeron; and a great grandchild, Cooper Bergeron. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
