Port Allen, LA - Clay Mark Bourg, Jr., native and lifelong resident of Port Allen, went home to be with Jesus on Monday, May 25, 2026, surrounded by the love and prayers of his family.

Mark was born on December 27, 1948 to Clay M Sr and Juette Bourg. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and faithful servant of the Lord. He loved his Savior and his family with every fiber of his being, and his life reflected unwavering faith, strength, and compassion. Mark was a fierce protector of all those whom he loved. He is survived by his loving wife, Cynthia Johnson-Bourg; his children, April Bourg, Bridgette Bourg Langlois and husband Michael, and Clay "Trés" Bourg and wife Jamie. Visitation will be at Wilbert Funeral Home in Port Allen on Saturday, May 30th, from 10 a.m. until religious service at 2 p.m. Entombment will follow in Grace Memorial Park Mausoleum.
