Donaldsonville, La - Cinderella Young Cayette was born on September 12, 1953, to Eluies Young and Mary James Young in Modeste, Louisiana. She departed this life on July 1, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her family.

She dedicated many years of her career to Purple Shield in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Security Plan Life and Fire in Donaldsonville, Louisiana.

Cinderella leaves behind cherished memories with her sons, Harold Keith Cayette of Frisco, Texas and Kendall Cayette, along with her daughter-in-law, Karla Cayette; two grandchildren, Destiny and Kymora; and her anticipated first grandson, Kane Maximiliano Cayette, due in December; three sisters: Rachel Ford, Mary Ann Taylor, and Barbara Millien, all of Donaldsonville, Louisiana.
