Zachary, LA - Bennie "BO" Bell Jr. transitioned on Wednesday, October 9, 2025 at his residence in Zachary, LA. Bennie was born in Lettsworth, LA to the late Bennie and Emily Sue Bell, Sr. He is survived by his children Nawatha Lynette Bell-Cain (Butch), Bennie C. Bell, III (Terrilyn), Joshua Bell, Sr. (Tricia), Harry Scott (Latoya) and Stephanie Smith. He is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Katherine Bell; son, Frederick Young, Sr.; siblings, Earl and Elruth.
Family and friends of Bennie are invited to attend the Visitation on Friday, October 24, 2025 at Hall's Celebration Center, 9348 Scenic Hwy. Baton Rouge, LA from 9:00 am until the Funeral Services beginning at 10:00 am. Entombment: Heavenly Gates Cemetery. Services entrusted to Hall Davis and Son Funeral Services. www.halldavisandson.com
